De Wa Anticipates Maximum 5 Days For 10# X16# Cci Control Valve Replacement. Including Heat Treatment And Radiography Work Material # Valve Inlet # X10crmovn91, Valve Outlet -10Crmo910. Water Inlet - 15Mo3. All Dewa Safety & Environment Policy, Rules And Regulationshall E Followed At Work Site During The Execution Of The Work. The Contractor#S Engineer Should E Familiar With Safety Regulatio Ns While Working In A Hazardous Area. All Tools And Consumales Welding Electrode, Oven, Welding M/C Etc, All Rigging And Transpo Rting Equipments Should E Arranged Y The Contractor. These Equipments Should E Duly Tested And Certified Y The 3Rd Party Inspection Agency And The Certificates Should E Produced On Demand. The Work Shall E Executed Under Dewa Supervision And As Per Quality / Sche Dule Requirement. Contractor#S Supervisor Shall E Availale At Site Throughout The Period Of Work. The Work Carried Out Y The Contra Ctor Shall Carry A Warranty For One Year And The Contractor Shall Attend Any Defects Come Out Of Ad Workmanship Etcfree Of Charge W Ithin This Period. The Contractor Should Apply For The Permit To Work Well In Advance And This Request Shall E Followed With Method Statement, Risk Assessment As Attachments Hot Work Permit Should Apply On Daily Asis. Entry Permits For The Workmen Should E Appl Ied With Passport Copies Having Valid Visa. Persons, Whose Names Are Not Availale In The List Will Not E Allowed To Enter The Power House. Entry Permits For The Vehicle Should E Applied With Copies Of Police Vehicle Registration. All The Workmen Should Wear The Uniform, Safety Shoes And Helmet While At Work. Toolox Talks Should E Given To The Workmen Y Their Supervisor Efore Start Of Work. All Material And Tools Rought In Shall E Declared At Power Station Security Gate And The List Of These Items Shall E Signed Y Dewa Security. The Copies Of These Documents Shall E Lodged With Dewa Engineer In-Charge On Daily Asis. This Document Will E The Asis F Or The Clearance Gate Pass To Take Them Out On Completion Of The Jo. Scope Of Work The Contractor Upon Receiving The Work Permi T Shall First Ensure A Safe Working Condition Y Checking The Line Isolation And Proper Depressurizing Of The Line. Any Minor Necessa Ry Helps To Isolate & De-Isolate The Line Shall E Extended Y The Contractor On A Good Will To Avoid Delay Of Work. The Contractor S Hould Ring The Notice To Dewa If Scaffolding Is Required Contractor Shall Arrange Insulation Removal And Refixing Of The Pipeline I F Required Any Temporary Supports Forlocking Of Pipe If Required To Avoid Shifting Of Pipeline While The 10# X16# Cci Control Valv E Is Removed To E Carried Out Y The Contractor. Material # Valve Inlet # X10crmovn91, Valve Outlet -10Crmo910. Water Inlet - 15Mo3. Old 10# X16# Cci Control Valve Was Marked And Cutting The Same Was Lifted And Shifted From Its Place. Then The 10# X16# Cci Contro L Valve Shall E Transported Y Contractor Means To A Convenient Place Decided Y Dewa. Take All Necessary Marking Of The Pipeline And Oth Side Pipe Edge Preparation Shall E Done And Ensuring That The Heat Affected Zone Of The Old Weld To E Removed Y Grinding D.P Test Shall E Carried Out On Pipe Ends If Necessary / Dewa#S Instruction The New 10# X16# Cci Control Valve Shall E Supplied Y Dewacontractor Should Sumit The Wps Prerior To Start The Work All The Riging Tools And Equipment Duly Tested And Certified The New 10# X16# Cci Control Valve To E Lifted And Fixed In Position, Root Welding To E Carried Out Y Tig Welding And D.P Test / Radiography To E Carried Out Filling And Final Welding To E Carried Out As Per Wps Matching With Valve Ody Material. Contractor Shoult Get Ap Proval From Dewa Engineer For Welding Electrode Efore Starting The Welding Work. After Completion Of Welding Final Radiography On W Elding To E Carried Out On Oth Ends. Efore And After Welding Work Heat Treatment Should Carried Out Heat Treatment Dewa Scope Co Tractor Shoud Co Ordinate With Dewa Engineer For Heat Treat Ment And Radiography Work For Timely Completion Of The Jo Repair/Reworkon Any Defect Found In The Radiography Report Shall E Carried Out Y Contractor After Installation Of The New 10# X16# Cci Control Valve The Contractor Shall Provide Necessary Supports For New 10# X16# Cci Control Valve. Ensure Smooth Operation Of The Valve Efor E And After Installation. The Contractor Shall Remove Any Temporary Supports Etc If Erected To Support Pipes After Completion Of Va Lve Replacement Work. The Contractor Is Responsile For All Waste Material Shall E Disposed At Suitale Location With Permission From Dewa. The Contractor Is Responsile For Any Damage That Incurred To The 10# X16# Cci Control Valve During The Work. Contractor Shou Ld Replace The Same At Their Own Cost The Contractor Shall Also E Responsile For Any Delay In Currying Out The Workperiode Of Wo Rk 4 Days.
